After booking, we will be in contact with you to organise a call or WhatsApp, Skype. etc so we can have a chat about your adventure in more detail. We feel it is important to discuss your aspirations and concerns and answer any questions you may have.  Rather than just sending you a form to fill in, we take the time to get to know you.

3) Quality Assurance

We have personally visited and vetted nearly all of the hotels, restaurants and other suppliers that we partner with, ensuring they are highly reputable and of the standard expected. We value any feedback received, always taking action to continuously develop and improve our services.

4)  Customer Support

We have a dedicated Customer Support team that are here to help should you have any issues during your tour. You will provided with our hotline or 24 hour emergency number should you need it and you will always get in touch with us at any time.

5) Flexible Deposit

You’ve got an upcoming trip booked, but something gets in the way? or If for any reason you wish to switch to a different tour, we offer you the flexibility to move your deposit to any other programme up to 60 days before your departure (fyi: there are some terms and conditions applied in specific tours).

6) Make a change

We’ll waive the amendment fee when you change your details. So if you need to move your dates or update your name after the changes, there are no extra fees to do so.

7) Refund Guarantee

In the rare circumstance that you want to cancel your tour booked with us, we will offer you a full refund based on terms and conditions that are discussed and agreed before making a deposit. the Terms & Conditions will be always sent to you before you make your decision to go ahead with our proposal and initial quote. 

8) Financial Protection

We are a Member of the National Administration of Tourism of Vietnam (NAT), a member of ASEAN Tourism Board which means you have the benefit of NAT's assistance and Code of Conduct. All the holidays we sell are covered by a scheme protecting your money if the supplier fails. Other services such as your medical and travel insurance, international flights on your own may not be protected.
